Your sofa is usually the main attraction in the room. Everyone that goes into the living room will enjoy sitting down on the sofa in order to visit with company or watch a good movie on television. Most people use coffee tables in front of their sofa. Coffee tables come in a variety of shapes, colors, and sizes so you can choose one that best fits the rest of the decor. Use a neutral color if you have enough color on the walls and on the furniture. The hardest thing about decorating is that you must find the boundary that limits the amount of color you add to your room. Too much color and your room will look distracting. Too little and it will look drab and boring.

Have you ever wanted to put your feet on the coffee table? Most people do stretch out when they want to relax but the general rule is to keep your feet off of the table.
